Professionnelle de la Mode, du Retail et du E-Commerce, diplômée de l’ESSEC, Laurence Paganini a passé l’essentiel de sa carrière dans la Distribution, en particulier pour CARREFOUR (1997 à 2006).
In 2006 she became the head of the large perfumery chain, MARIONNAUD, and in 2009 was appointed as Managing Director of 3 SUISSES, a major actor in distance selling in the fashion and home furnishings sector. She successfully managed the transformation of the brand into a 100% e-commerce business, and modernised its image and structure in France and in the countries where the brand is present.
She is also a member of the Strategy Committee of the start-up « Mesbonnescopines.com » and is on the Board of ESSEC Alumni.
De 2015 à 2019, Laurence Paganini siège au Conseil d’Administration de la Maison Mode Méditerranée (MMM). En 2020, Guillaume Ruby, Directeur Marque, Communication et Licences du Groupe Kaporal, entre au Conseil d’Administration du Fonds de Dotation MMM.
